Discovery Museum Tours
Carbon County Museum tours provide a detailed and hands-on experience covering Carbon County’s extensive history. If desired, self-guided tour materials are also available.
Carbon County Museum is located between 9th and 10th street on West Walnut in Rawlins. Street side parking is available around the block.
There is no admission to visit the museum, but donations are greatly appreciated.
- Tour Size
Carbon County Museum is a small facility, and our space can only accommodate tours of 20 people or fewer. Special accommodations may be made for larger groups or groups requiring special consideration depending on needs.
Staff are always available for small tours of 5 or less; please call to schedule tours of 5 or more.
- Lunch Space
The museum does not have an indoor lunch facility; however, picnic tables are available on the grounds during the warmer months.
